CÉVÉ was born in Paris in 1951. She is specialized in animal sculpture. We can easily recognize her style thanks to the pureness of the line and the soft smooth bronze she creates. In fact, she considers that a sculpture should not only be looked at, it should make the art-lover feel like touching it.
As a renowned designed animal sculptor, CÉVÉ is a member of jury and curator for many exhibitions in France and abroad.
In the past ten tears, CÉVÉ has taken part to more than one hundred exhibitions, was invited to expose as an exclusive artist eight times and received twenty seven distinctions.
In 2013, CÉVÉ has been named Chairman of the Sculpture Department of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts – S.N.B.A. – first female artist to get this responsibility since the creation from A. RODIN. In 2014, her works of art entered the Daubigny Museum (Auvers-sur-Oise, France) and The François Pompon Museum (Saulieu France).
In addition to the original version of her sculptures, CÉVÉ launched in 2015 another design of her sculptures called "Glossies":  bronze-based with a silver coating and coloured gloss.
